-
Log in to your domain registrar's account (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.)
-
Navigate to the DNS management or Domain management section.
-
Look for the MX Records section. You may need to select "Manage DNS" or a similar option.

Add the following new MX record:
- Host/Name: @ or leave blank (this represents your main domain)
- Type: MX

Name TTL Type Record yourdomain.com 14400 MX Priority: 0
Destination: kowloon.hk
-
Save your changes.
Important Notes:
- The exact steps may vary slightly depending on your domain registrar. If you're unsure, please contact your registrar's support for assistance.
- It can take up to 48 hours for DNS changes to propagate fully across the internet. However, most changes take effect within a few hours.
- During the propagation period, emails may be delivered inconsistently between your old and new email servers. Plan your migration accordingly.
- If you're using any email-related TXT records (like SPF, DKIM, or DMARC), you may need to update these as well. Contact our support team for guidance.
- After changing your MX records, you'll need to set up your email accounts on our system. We'll provide separate instructions for this process.
Verification:
To check if your MX records have been updated correctly, you can use online MX lookup tools like MXToolbox (https://mxtoolbox.com/). Enter your domain name and verify that the MX record points to kowloon.hk.
